Bonded logistics center

a package of policies that have been issued by the government to support the industry to be more efficient and lower logistics costs as it relates to activities economy / industry.

With the bonded logistics center, the manufacturing company does not need to import and need to take goods from abroad for quite take away from the bonded logistics center.

The existence of bonded logistics center should be able to make operations more efficient. Because, manufacturing companies will no longer need to import raw materials, capital goods and materials helper from abroad.

Bonded logistics center is expected to attract to the country throughout the buildup or inventory goods for domestic manufacturing, which had been in foreign countries, especially in Singapore, and others.

In the bonded logistics center there are no restrictions on the supply of goods, a large capacity and functionalized for the needs of industry in the country, while in the bonded warehouse, there

restrictions according to the type of commodity through the adjustment of initial permits.

Bonded logistics center refers to Ministry of Finance No. 272 / PMK.04 / 2015 on Bonded Logistics Center and bonded warehouses more specifically refers to the Finance Minister Regulation No. 143 / PMK.04 / 2011 on bonded warehouses, bonded warehouses businessman or businesswoman in warehouse concurrently bonded organizers in a bonded warehouse (PDGB) are prohibited from entering the imported goods which is not in accordance with the bonded warehouse license and issued goods with destination different from the objectives listed in the permit.

There is a ban on the Bonded Logistic Center:

PLB Activities

Activity hoard goods in PLB given for a period of 3 years from the date of entry customs document nopen. Can be extended up to three years, to:

1. Operational oil
2. Mining
3. specific industry
4. aviation, shipping
5. railways, infrastructure, defense
6. agriculture / fisheries / livestock
7. Other industries with the permission of the Head KPPBC

 If passed: must be exported back, issued to another TPB, issued to Free Zone, issued to KEK or other special economic zones, or issued to TLDDP with import compliance information otherwise frozen.
